1. Eligibility

The 3 Month Free Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of Australia and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Only the first Fifty (50) new monthly subscriptions will be eligible for this promotion. This Promotion is not valid for the Journey Starter Plan, Plan Ahead yearly subscription and Plan Wise yearly subscription. Employees and contractors of Smartcent Pty Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on 22nd September 2024 at 12:00 AM AEST and ends on 31st December 2025 at 11:59 PM AEST (the “Promotion Period”). All entries must be received during the Promotion Period.

3. How to Enter

To participate in the Promotion, entrants must subscribe to a paid monthly subscription, which are Plan Ahead and Plan Wise monthly subscriptions (“Participation”).

4. General Conditions

Participation in the Promotion constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. In case a participant after the first subscription, changes the plan to the free plan or any of the yearly plans during the first three (3) months, then the participant will be considered ineligible for any remaining free months. In this case, the benefits associated with the Promotion will be cancelled. 

Our services are provided through our platform, which consists of the Smartcent Services application and the smartcent.com.au website (“Platform”). By entering the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless Smartcent Pty Ltd from any liability arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the subscription and Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, any loss or damage caused by or resulting from the use of the Platform.

Smartcent Services reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion for any reason, including cheating, viruses, bugs, or other causes beyond the control of Smartcent Services that affects its administration or integrity. Cancellation and modification to the Promotion will be communicated to the Participants via their registered email addresses. 

For the purpose of this Promotion, Smartcent Services's decision will be final and binding in case of any dispute.
