How to create a bill in smartCent?

Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Bill

Setting up a bill in Smartcent is a straightforward process designed for ease of use. Simply follow the steps below to get started.

Accessing the Bills Tab

Begin by navigating to the Bills tab within the smartCent application. This is where you can manage all your bill-related activities.

Adding a New Bill

Click on the ‘New Bill’ button. This will open a form for you to enter your bill details.

Entering Bill Details

  • Provide the bill amount.

  • Enter the bill name.

  • Select the date you last paid the bill.

  • Choose the appropriate category for your bill.

  • Set the bill payment interval.

Make sure all the required fields are filled in accurately before proceeding.

Finalising the Bill Creation

Once all details have been entered, click the ‘Create Bill’ button. smartCent will automatically handle the rest.

To update or delete the bill, you can select it from the list on the Bills tab.

Bill Management Features

After creating your bill, you can view scheduled bills for up to six months in advance on the Calendar. Additionally, Smartcent will send you a notification on the day your bills are due, ensuring you never miss a payment.
