• Secure Connections: Partnering with Basiq ensures your banks are securely connected with bank-grade security and that we have read-only access to your data. We use TLS encryption for data transmission.

• Password Security: Your password is encrypted, and we never have access to it. If you forget your password, you can easily reset it yourself.

Your details are required to establish a secure connection with your bank. We do not have access to or store any of this information.

No, smartCent only has read-only access to your bank data. This means we cannot transfer money between your accounts or perform any other action beyond retrieving and displaying your transaction data in your smartCent account. We only gather necessary data for viewing purpose.

Getting started is simple:

1. Sign up: Use your email or Google Gmail account to create an account.

2. Choose a plan: We offer both free and paid plans. The free plan allows you to upload transactions manually, while the paid plan allows you to link your bank accounts for automated tracking.

3. Customise your experience: Once linked, your transactions will be automatically categorised. You can manually adjust categories, mark transactions as bills, and set up budgets.

Track your progress: Use our dashboard, budgeting tool and calendar to monitor spending, bill payments, and more.

Subscribing to a smartCent plan is easy and secure. After signing up, simply choose the plan that fits your needs. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, and you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan anytime. We do not store payment information, ensuring your financial details are always safe.

If you unsubscribe during the trial period, your account will revert to the free plan without any charges.

You have a choice to delete your user account anytime.
